The Barn
The holiday accommodation 'The Stable' is part of Mullion Barn, a large 17th century barn converted in 2008.
Said to be the best preserved in the country and considered of national significance dating around 1610, this sympathetically, recently converted barn offers a wealth of original features, furnished with a modern twist. Leading from the living room, double French doors open out from The Stable onto a small garden area with a barbecue and table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco and enjoy the views to the rear of Mullion Barn. |
The Surroundings
The holiday barn is located in the quiet and picturesque village of Hessett in Suffolk. Ideal for a getaway where you can do as little or as much as you wish.
Beautiful countryside walks and cycling routes along the Suffolk country lanes and paths can be taken straight from the barn door. Local pubs are within walking distance, and the market town of Bury St Edmunds is just 5 miles away by car. With plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay, this is ideal for that perfect getaway. |
